Some of our most influential volunteers pour into the lives of our youth at a critical time in the development of their faith. Engage (middle school) and Journey (high school) youth groups require larger investments of time, but promise to reap eternal rewards in the lives of our students.

Youth Group Leader (Journey)
Youth group leaders regularly attend youth group meetings on Sunday evenings (7pm-9pm) and invest in the lives of high schoolers. They lead small group discussions and develop meaningful relationships with the students.

Youth Leader 2 (Journey)
For those who may not be gifted in leading a small group, but can still regularly attend youth group meetings on Sunday evenings, we have the youth leader 2 position. They build friendships with high schoolers in a meaningful way.

Youth Mentor (High School)
While those serving in our youth groups might be more visibly recognizable, our youth mentors are faithful volunteers who spend time discipling high school students outside of youth group meetings. They also welcome new students and help them get plugged into church life at CFC.

Youth Group Leader (Engage)
Youth group leaders are expected to regularly attend youth group meetings on Sunday evenings (5pm-6:30pm) and invest in the lives of the middle schoolers. They lead small group discussions and develop meaningful relationships with the students.

Youth Leader 2 (Engage)
For those who may not be gifted in leading a small group, but can still regularly attend youth group meetings on Sunday evenings, we have the youth leader 2 position. They build friendships with middle schoolers in a meaningful way.

Youth Mentor (Middle School)
While those serving in our youth groups might be more visibly recognizable, our youth mentors are faithful volunteers who spend time discipling middle school students outside of youth group meetings. They also welcome new students and help them get plugged into church life at CFC.
