Welcome Families, Parents, and Children

It’s our joy to serve and disciple the next generation

It is our intent at CFC to prayerfully guide the next generation through a strategic progression of growth in discipleship. As such, we want to prepare children for their adult years long before they arrive. It is our hope that those children growing into the upper levels of Promise Land will begin to explore the community that is the church. Once reaching middle school it is our goal that they would begin to engage in considering the claims of Christ. For those that have entered high school, our aim is to prepare students as they embark on the journey of lifelong discipleship. To that end, we offer the following communities:

Explore is a monthly gathering for 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders to explore community and faith in Jesus with their peers. They meet on the third Sunday of every month at 5pm. For more information email Pastor Mark.

For those in Middle School we offer weekly meetings every Sunday from 5-6:30pm.

Engage Middle School youth group seeks to do just that: engage middle schoolers in the Gospel narrative of the Bible and the larger life of the Church. It is our aim to partner with parents in engaging middle schoolers in ongoing Gospel conversations, creating a community of worshippers, and preparing them for a lifelong journey of following after Jesus.

For High School students we offer weekly meetings every Sunday at 7pm.

Journey High School youth group has the aim of guiding teenagers as they embark on the journey of faith that is the Christian life. Our desire is to create a fun community where teenagers apply the Gospel to their life in community and invite others to do the same.

Our Sunday morning children’s ministry at CFC seeks to partner with parents in the discipleship of those in fifth grade and below. Whether learning age-appropriate Bible lessons, watching exciting videos rich in Gospel truth, participating in hands-on activities, memorizing Scripture, or playing lesson-related games, our goal is to help children know, love, and serve Jesus.

We offer a fun and creative learning environment during both of our regular worship services. Children four years old through fifth grade participate in a sequence of musical worship, small group discussion, games, and Bible memory. Those three and younger attend one of our nurseries, Sandcastles for the little babies and Shooting Stars for toddlers.

We utilize Teach, Take, and Tell toddler-specific lessons in our nursery and The Gospel Project curriculum with our Promise Land students.

All of our volunteer leaders have been screened and trained in order to ensure both safety and excellence and give parents peace of mind while they worship with the rest of the church body in the sanctuary. We value relationships, so please don’t hesitate to stop in and say hello or observe a Promise Land class at your convenience. We are excited to serve you and your family.

If you call CFC home you’ll want to email us to receive our weekly recap of Sunday’s lesson so you can stay in the loop about what your children are learning in Promise Land!

If you are interested in serving as one of our Promise Land or nursery leaders please email Pastor Sean.
