CORE is a discipleship learning environment designed to help every person at CFC take their next step forward in experiencing a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.

CORE offers a wide range of theological topics that will greatly aid you in your walk with Jesus. We believe CORE will strengthen your understanding of Scripture, help you grow deeper in your walk with Jesus, and provide practical tools for a lifelong pursuit of following Jesus and making Him known to others.

Worship is not a “religious thing”; it’s a human thing. Often, when we hear the word “worship”, we immediately think of music or singing. However, true worship transcends these expressions and our preferences. Every person is passionate about worship; in fact, we are great at it. Worship is not one segment of our lives; it is the whole point of our existence. The question is: what or whom are we worshiping?  What do we run to for ultimate refuge and satisfaction? 

Join us for this three-week, eye-opening class as we embark on a deep dive into Scripture to answer critical questions, such as: What is true worship defined by God? What is the aim of our worship? What makes true worship even possible?  How does the worship of God touch every area of our lives? How come other things often capture our affections more than God? Furthermore, what does God say about corporate worship?
