We get to
be part of it.
God is at work in our church and in the lives of people every week. Serving is one of the ways we get to take part — using what He's entrusted to us to love people, build His Church, and make a difference.
Find Your Team
You Have Serve.
The church isn't built
on the talents of a few.
It's built together.
Serving is about more than filling a role. It's about preparing a place for people to encounter the life change that Jesus brings — from the youngest person in our building to the oldest.
Preparing a place
for life change.
Every team helps create an environment where distractions are removed, people are cared for, and there is space to encounter Jesus and take a next step.
Helping faith
take root.
From holding a baby to encouraging a student or welcoming someone into the room, serving helps people of every age know they are seen, cared for, and invited to grow in their faith.
Using our gifts
to serve others.
God has entrusted each of us with different gifts, experiences, time, and abilities. Serving gives us a way to put those things to work for the good of others and the building of His Church.
Find your team.
Start with an area that interests you, then explore the teams and roles inside it.
Starting is
pretty simple.
You don't have to know exactly where you fit before you start. Pick an area that interests you and we'll help with the rest.
Choose a team.
Find an area that interests you and let us know you'd like to learn more. You don't have to commit to a specific role yet.
Meet the team.
A team leader will connect with you, answer questions, and help you understand what serving in that area looks like.
Jump in.
We'll give you the training, resources, and support you need to learn the role and start serving confidently.
A few things
you might be wondering.
How often would I serve?
Most Sunday Serve Teams are scheduled about once a month. Some roles or ministries have different rhythms, but we'll always make the expectations clear before you commit.
Do I need previous experience?
For most teams, no. We'll teach you what you need to know and give you time to learn alongside experienced team members. Some specialized roles, like Worship, may include an audition or additional onboarding.
What kind of training will I get?
We'll provide the training, resources, and hands-on support needed for your role. You'll have a team leader and experienced volunteers available as you learn.
What if I'm not sure which team is right for me?
That's completely fine. Let us know what interests you and we'll help you explore a few options. Finding the right fit can take some experimenting.
Am I locked in once I sign up?
No. Signing up starts a conversation. You'll get a chance to learn more about the team, ask questions, and make sure it's a good fit before settling into a regular rotation.
Are there age or safety requirements?
Some teams have additional requirements depending on the role. Teams serving with children or students, for example, include appropriate screening and safety processes before someone begins.
